I’ve elected free collection. When and where do I collect from?

Warrnambool and Allansford collect is from private residences and availability will vary. Please ensure you check your spam folder for an email from us arranging pick up.

You are also able to collect from Brow Studio by Georgia, Rear 50 Kepler St, Ozone Carpark, Warrnambool during their salon hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

You will be notified once the product is available for collection.

How does Preorder work?

If you’ve purchased one of our preorder items, you can select either free pickup, free delivery in 3280 postcode or standard/express post. When your item arrives you will be notified and if you have selected postage, it will be sent within 3 days of arrival. If you elected free delivery/pickup, you will be contacted a time will be arranged.

I’ve opted for postage, when will my order be sent?

We will post all items within 15 working days of receiving your order. All posted items will receive confirmation and tracking information via email if you provide an email address.

 

What happens if there’s a problem with my product?

If your product is damaged when you receive it or you have any concerns about what you have purchased, please contact sales@thecompleteweddingplanner.com.au.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can request a refund but the products must be in the same condition which we sent them to you and must be returned, in the postage box, at your own expense. Refunds will be issued once products are returned and inspected and given on the price of the product only. Please contact the email address above for return address.
